Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

All products are shipped from one of several Dirty Dingo Motorsports shipping locations. Dirty Dingo drop ships some products and direct ships others. 

Drop shipped items direct from the manufacturer may require additional handling time. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING (within the 48 contiguous US States, HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded.) for *all items  via the shipping carrier of our choice.  (*excluding oversized items such as oil pans and cross-member kits)

Domestic:

We ship 5-days a week (not including weekends or holidays) via UPS and/or USPS.

We will send a tracking number to the email provided during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to choose method of shipment, which may take up to *7-10 days. 

*If you would like to receive your item sooner, contact us at 480-824-1968 to arrange payment for faster shipment. 

International:

International orders as well as shipping outside the contiguous US will be quoted during checkout for shipping cost.

For international orders, please note that our shipping charges do not include your country's customs and/or duty fees. We cannot and will not declare an item for a lower value or as a gift.

Returns/Exchanges:

FREE SHIPPING is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.  You as the customer will be responsible for the appropriate shipping charges if an item is returned or exchanged.

Damage during Shipping:

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the appropriate shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Dirty Dingo Motorsports within 5 days of receiving your order.  If you received your item as a drop-ship, please contact the company you purchased your item from. 

If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be a candidate for the insurance claim.

·         Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at information@dirtydingo.com.

·         Keep the product and its original packaging.

·         Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).

Store Pickup:

If you would prefer to pick up your items from our retail location, select store pickup during checkout and leave us a note in the comments section stating when you will arrive.  We will then pull your order and have it set aside for you in our will-call department.  Merchandise that remains in will-call past 7 days with no communication will be refunded and placed back in inventory.
