All products are shipped from one of several Dirty Dingo Motorsports shipping locations. Dirty Dingo drop ships some products and direct ships others. All products are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service and require a signature upon delivery. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. If for some reason you are unable to sign for your package, it will remain at your local post office for up to 14 days. If your package is not picked up within this time frame, it will be returned to one of our shipping locations. In this case, it is the customers responsibility to pay additional shipping to resend the original order. Special arrangements may be necessary for out of country orders and oversized packages. All shipping prices on the website are for the continental USA and will be adjusted for your location. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the address provided at the time of purchase, or can be received by emailing us at email@example.com. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below. All damaged items must be reported to the appropriate shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Dirty Dingo Motorsports within 5 days of receiving your order.
If these steps are not followed, your shipment may not be a candidate for the insurance claim.
Take pictures of the damaged area of the product and email them to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep the product and its' original packaging
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
The shipping rates shown at time of checkout are estimations based on the information given at the time of purchase. Actual shipping cost may vary from weights, package size, rate increases and fuel surcharges. Customers will be billed for actual shipping costs. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted, we will contact and inform you of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information. All shipments will be sent by the most cost effective method. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
