We are proud to sell Action Speed Shop LS Single Turbo Manifold is designed with a v-band rear dump for the cross over. Flanges are laser cut from grade-70 high carbon 1/2" thick steel. Back purge Tig welded from schedule 40 3/16 thick 304 stainless tubing. Front mount T4 turbo flange. Manifold has drivers side O2 bung welded in. Head flange is hand ported to 1 7/8". This manifold will not clear factory A/C boxes on the firewall. Waste gate position allows clearance for a 4" outlet from turbo. Waste gate flange is designed to be used with a 46MM V-band 1.75" OD diameter tubing.
Our exhaust cross over kit that fits our LS1 single turbo exhaust manifold is Tig welded from 2 1/2 mild steel mandrel bent tubing. V-band clamps at each end, from turbo manifold to other side of engine. Includes separate piece that has a V-band clamp from the cross over and a flange that matches your selected drivers side exhaust manifold. Includes an aluminum gasket that matches the drivers exhaust manifold.
