Dirty Dingo Slip-Fit Solid LS Swap Mounts

Dirty Dingo Motorsports Slip-Fit engine mounts are designed to install a 1997–2015 GM Gen III or Gen IV LS engine into a 1998–2002 Chevrolet Camaro.

Each mount is precision CNC water-jet cut from strong 1/4-inch steel plate. These solid race-style mounts replace the factory rubber engine mounts. The solid design helps control engine movement during high-performance driving and racing.

The slotted design allows you to adjust the engine position inside the engine bay. The engine can be moved up to 1 inch forward or 2 inches rearward from the factory location.

These mounts work with many manual and automatic transmissions, including:

  • TH350, TH400, TH700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E 4L80E

Each mount is welded and cooled in a fixture to maintain accurate alignment. Grade 8 zinc-coated installation hardware is included.

Important Information

  • Mounts are sold as raw, unpainted steel.
  • Black textured powder coating is available.
  • Sold as a driver-side and passenger-side pair.
  • The “D” mount installs on the driver side.
  • The “P” mount installs on the passenger side.
  • These mounts will not fit Dart aftermarket engine blocks.
  • They will clear a low-mounted A/C compressor, but the engine cannot be moved rearward because the mount will contact the compressor bracket.
  • They will clear a low-mounted alternator, but the amount of engine adjustment may be limited.

ALUMINUM: Most of the aluminum alloys used today contain some level of lead, usually less than .1%. Lead is known to the state of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm.
