Dirty Dingo Gen V LT Street Rod & Hot Rod Engine Mounts
Dirty Dingo engine mounts are designed for installing a 2014-2022 Gen V LT series engine into street rod and hot rod frame setups.
Each mount is precision CNC laser cut from .250-inch cold-rolled plate steel for strength and durability.
The slotted design gives you up to 3 inches of front-to-back engine adjustment. This makes it easier to position the engine where it fits best in the engine bay.
Many engine mounts lock the engine into one position. That can make future transmission changes harder and may require major changes to the transmission crossmember. Dirty Dingo adjustable mounts give you more flexibility by allowing the engine to move forward or rearward up to 3 inches.
Urethane isolators are included with the mount kit. The frame-side mounting tabs can also be trimmed to fit many different chassis designs.
Important Notes:
-
Sold as a pair.
-
Grade 8 hardware is included.
-
Raw steel comes unpainted. Black texture powder coating is available.
-
Frame-side parts are left uncoated for welding.
-
These mounts will not clear a low-mount A/C compressor.
-
These mounts will clear a low-mount alternator, but engine adjustment may be limited.
