LS Truck Alternator and Power Steering Relocation Bracket

This Dirty Dingo bracket kit fits 1997–2013 LSx engines with truck accessory spacing. It lowers the alternator to 1½ inches below the top of an LS1 car intake manifold and raises the power steering pump 3¼ inches for more frame and steering clearance.

Machined from 1/2-inch-thick 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, this kit helps solve hood, frame, and steering clearance issues when using LS truck accessories. It is an excellent option for S10 and Tri-Five Chevy swaps.

The design provides room for tall sheet metal valve covers. It also allows Camaro LS1 exhaust manifolds to face backward for turbo setups.

Fitment Notes:

  • Uses a 1990–1995 Chevrolet truck power steering pump.

  • Works with Vortec truck water pumps, or 1998–2002 Camaro water pumps with spacers.

  • Fits LS/LT alternators with 5.46-inch or 6.06-inch mounting bolt spacing, including the listed 1998–2002 Camaro/Firebird/GTO and 2000–2013 LS Vortec truck applications.

  • Does not fit alternators with a decoupler pulley, Corvette/CTS-V alternators, or DR45/DR44 cases.

Kit Includes:

  • Two ?-inch-thick 6061-T6 billet aluminum brackets

  • Precision CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacers

  • Grade 8 zinc-coated Allen bolts

  • Stainless steel washers

  • New lower pulley kit

This kit mounts the alternator and power steering pump only. The A/C bracket shown is sold separately.
