Short and Wide Energy Suspension Motor Mounts
This kit includes one pair of short and wide Energy Suspension motor mounts for early General Motors vehicles.
These mounts are designed for street cars, trucks, hot rods, racing vehicles, and other high-performance builds. They are soft enough to reduce engine vibration during normal driving, but strong enough for racing and high-torque applications.
The mounts are made from durable Hyper-Flex polyurethane. This material provides better engine control and lasts longer than standard rubber mounts.
A torque-resistant safety interlock is used when needed. This design adds strength while creating less vibration than solid metal motor mounts.
These mounts replace factory rubber mounts that may wear out quickly or allow too much engine movement. They also provide a smoother ride than hard metal mounts.
The metal shells are available in zinc or chrome finishes. The polyurethane is resistant to oil, coolant, road grime, and other fluids found under the vehicle.

ALUMINUM: Most of the aluminum alloys used today contain some level of lead, usually less than .1%. Lead is known to the state of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. Most aluminum alloys are physiologically inert in their solid form, and the lead is contained within, however user-generated dust and/or fumes may pose a hazard if inhaled or ingested. Heating beyond a certain temperature may also provide avenues for exposure.
STEEL (steel bolts): Steel is an iron alloy with several metals including Nickel and Chromium. Both Nickel and Chromium are known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm, respectfully. This warning applies to stainless steels as well.
