Install cylinder head bolts and tighten in a star pattern. Torque first to approximately 14 ft•lbf (19.6 N•m, 200 kgf•cm), then finish by torquing to 24-27 ft•lbf (32.4-36.3 N•m, 330-370kgf•cm).

When installing the 7 piston Sanden billet head with R4 fittings, rotate the compressor to place the fitting and the drain port closer to the engine.

The correct position of the compressor puts the high pressure. smaller hose, in the center of the compressor. This compressor needs to be rotated 180 degrees.AC line seals.
COMPRESSOR SEALS-
The billet head is machined with a step and will fit using a flat or stepped bulk head. When using a flat fitting this will use two different thickeness seals Murray Climate Control "Red" and "Green" seals 24342.
