The timing cover on the VVT engine is much larger and has a solenoid mounted inside.

This shows the difference between a Non-VVT and a VVT water pump. 

Even if you do not have a VVT engine and you are running a VVT water

pump you will need to select VVT for proper fitment of High Mount AC brackets.
