Dirty Dingo Nissan 300ZX Z31 LS Swap Mount Kit
This complete bolt-in engine mount kit is designed to install a GM Gen III or Gen IV LS engine into a 1984–1989 non-turbo Nissan 300ZX Z31.
The mounts fit the factory front crossmember and use the original engine mounting pads. No custom frame mounts are needed.
Each mount is precision CNC laser-cut from strong 1/4-inch 1050 high-carbon, cold-rolled steel. The slotted design allows you to adjust the engine position inside the engine bay.
The engine can be moved up to 2 1/2 inches forward or 1/2 inch rearward from the original bellhousing position. Once properly tightened, the mounts hold the engine securely, even in high-horsepower applications.
The mounts are formed on a CNC press brake using a large-radius die. This reduces stress at the bends and improves strength.
This kit works with factory-style rubber clamshell mounts and supports many manual and automatic transmissions, including:
-
Powerglide, TH350, TH400, TH700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E,4L80E.
Grade 8 zinc-coated hardware and new cross bolts are included.
