Dirty Dingo adjustable transmission cross member bolts into 2WD 1988-1998 C1500 C2500 C3500 OBS GMT400 Truck's, Blazer's, and Suburban's. Certain OBS GMT400 models were continued to be manufactured up to 2000 such as the 2500's and SUV's. Will fit on the 3500's that were continued until 2002. This cross member, in most cases, will bolt to the frame using existing transmission mounting holes. When using with C3500 frames the center tab can be flipped over to accomodate the taller 1 ton frames.

This adjustable cross member will allow you to run a powerglide, TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60, 4L65, 4L70, 4L75, 4L80, 6L80, and 6L90 and adjust the cross member without drilling any new holes into your frame.

This is designed for lifted or lowered trucks and will retain the factory transmission angle for proper driveshaft alignment.

Made from 1 3/4" diameter DOM seamless tubing with 1/4" plates that will clear long tube headers and exhaust up to 4" in diameter.  Welded and cooled in a custom fixture for precision fit.

Crossmember mounts above frame rails and will clear when laying the frame on the pavement.

Includes grade-8 bolts, washers, and teflon locking nuts for installation.  

'D' is for Driver and 'P' is for Passenger side. Arrow points to the nose of the vehicle. Frame side receives largest bolts, CNC bent outer tabs take the next step down, and the center adjustable transmission mount perch takes the smallest bolts. Biggest to smallest from the outside to the inside. This was designed to have the transmission mount perch face forward, but can be placed to the rear in some situations if need be.

* Newer 4L80 transmisions use a GM 23134733 mount.
