Ad very clearly states that crossmember notch may be needed with the truck oil pan, but fails to mention that a notch will be required for pretty much all oil pans. I am running an aftermarket pan that is 1/8" shorter than the camaro pan and it still hits the cross member. Not sure why they couldn't just adjust the brackets to compensate for this or if someone was just off with the bender the day that mine were bent up.
