Dirty Dingo “Ford Upgrade” Mustang LS Swap Mounts
Dirty Dingo Motorsports “Ford Upgrade” engine mounts are designed to install a 1997–2013 GM Gen III or Gen IV LS engine into a 1996–2004 Ford Mustang.
These patented conversion mounts provide up to 2 inches of engine adjustment. The engine can be moved 1 inch forward or 1 inch rearward from the standard position. This makes it easier to find the best fit for your engine, transmission, and accessories.
The mounts work with any 4.6L Ford-style engine mount made for a 1996–2004 Mustang. You can use factory rubber mounts, aftermarket polyurethane mounts, or solid engine mounts.
Each conversion mount is precision CNC water-jet cut from strong 1/4-inch steel plate. Grade 8 installation hardware is included.
These mounts allow you to use an LS truck oil pan, but the pan will hang below the K-member. For better ground clearance, we recommend using a rear-sump F-body Camaro oil pan.
The Ford engine mounts shown in the pictures are not included.
Important Fitment Information

Mounts are sold as raw, unpainted steel.

Black textured powder coating is available.

These mounts will not fit Dart aftermarket engine blocks.

They will clear a low-mounted A/C compressor, but the engine cannot be moved rearward because the mounts will contact the A/C compressor bracket.

These mounts will clear low-mounted alternators.
