Dirty Dingo Solid LS Swap Motor Mounts

Dirty Dingo solid race motor mounts are designed to install a 1997–2013 GM Gen III or Gen IV LS engine into older GM muscle cars.

Each mount is precision CNC laser-cut from strong 1/4-inch 1050 high-carbon, cold-rolled steel. The mounts are slotted to provide more control over engine placement.

The engine can be moved up to 2 1/2 inches forward or 1/2 inch rearward from the factory bellhousing position. Once the bolts are properly tightened, the solid design keeps the engine firmly in place, even in high-horsepower applications.62530S

The mounts are formed on a CNC press brake using a large-radius die. This helps reduce stress at the bends and improves strength.

These solid mounts bolt directly to the existing frame stands and do not use rubber isolators. Some vehicles may require Moroso solid frame pads. Check the vehicle fitment notes before ordering.

An aftermarket oil pan may also be required for proper clearance.

Grade 8 zinc-coated hardware and new cross bolts are included.

Important Information

• Mounts are sold as raw, unpainted steel.
• Black textured powder coating is available.
• Sold as a left and right pair.
• The “D” mount goes on the driver side.
• The “P” mount goes on the passenger side.
• The arrows on the mounts point toward the front of the vehicle.
• These mounts will not fit Dart aftermarket engine blocks.
• They will clear a low-mounted A/C compressor, but the engine may not slide rearward because the mount can contact the A/C bracket.
• They will clear low-mounted alternators, but engine adjustment may be limited.
• For 1958–1972 vehicles that use rubber engine mounts, use Dirty Dingo Slider mounts instead-Here.
