LS Alternator-Only Bracket for Electric Water Pumps – Corvette/G8/CTS-V Spacing
The Dirty Dingo billet aluminum alternator bracket is designed for 1997–2013 LS engines using Corvette, G8, or CTS-V accessory spacing with an electric water pump.
This bracket works with 105-amp and 145-amp Vortec truck alternators, along with 1998–2002 Camaro-style alternators in both large and small case designs.
The bracket is precision machined from 3/8-inch thick 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum for strength and a precise fit. It mounts the alternator on the driver’s side, approximately 1-1/2 inches below the top of an LS1 intake manifold.
The wide design provides plenty of clearance for tall fabricated valve covers. The belt system completely bypasses the water pump pulley, allowing this bracket to work with LS electric water pumps.
This is an alternator-only setup designed for applications without power steering.
