Dirty Dingo Adjustable Gen V LT Truck Mounts
Dirty Dingo adjustable LT conversion mounts are designed for installing a 2014 and newer Gen V LT engine into 1973–1987 2WD Chevrolet and GMC trucks and Suburbans.
These mounts are CNC laser cut from 1/4-inch thick 1050 high-carbon cold-rolled steel for strength and durability. The slotted design allows you to adjust engine placement for better fitment in the engine bay.
The engine can be moved up to 2-1/2 inches forward or up to 1/2 inch rearward from the original bellhousing position. Once the mounts are tightened, they securely hold the engine in place, even in high-horsepower applications.
Each mount is formed on a precision CNC press brake using a large-radius die to reduce stress at the bends. They are designed to work with the factory rubber clamshell-style mounts already located on the frame.
These mounts can be used with many manual and automatic transmissions, including:
-
Powerglide, TH350, TH400, 700R4, 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, 4L80E, 6L80E, 6L90E, 8L80E, 8L90E, 10L80E, 10L90E
