The Dirty Dingo passenger-side low mount A/C kit is a complete setup for installing a genuine Sanden SD7B10 mini compressor low on the passenger side of an LS engine.

The bracket is laser cut and CNC bent from .250-inch cold rolled steel. It is finished in black texture powder coat and includes CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum spacers, Grade 8 zinc-coated hardware, and the correct belt tensioner.

The kit also includes a new Sanden-style 7176 SD7B10 mini A/C compressor with a 6-groove serpentine clutch. The compressor has a 100cc, or 6.10 CID, output and is designed for use with R-134a refrigerant.

A CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum adapter fitting is also included. This adapter converts the SD7B10/7176 flange mount to Tube-O style fittings.

Fitting sizes:

• #8 3/4"-16 male discharge fitting
• #10 7/8"-14 male suction fitting

This kit places the compressor as close to the engine block as possible and runs it on the inside 4-rib belt.

Fits all 1997-2015 Gen III and Gen IV LS engines.

From the center of the crankshaft to the furthest outside point of the compressor setup, the measurement is approximately 10 5/8 inches.

Note: Belt is not included. Please check the installation instructions below for the correct belt size for your application.

Installation Instructions

Compressor Warranty

The compressor includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

If a warranty claim is needed, the compressor must be returned to the manufacturer for testing. The manufacturer will inspect it to make sure it was installed and oiled correctly. This process may take several weeks. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

When an A/C compressor fails, debris can spread through the entire A/C system. Before installing a replacement compressor, the system must be cleaned and serviced correctly.

For proper installation:

• Flush the complete A/C system.
• Replace the drier or accumulator.
• Replace the orifice tube or expansion valve.
• Replace any damaged or contaminated parts.
• Check the correct oil type and capacity.
• Install a condenser when required.

We recommend draining the compressor oil and adding the correct type and amount of PAG oil for your application.

Proof of proper installation, including replacement of the drier and metering device, may be required for warranty coverage.
