This is a brand-new, genuine OE Sanden 7176 SD7B10 mini A/C compressor with a 6-groove serpentine clutch.

The compressor comes filled with 3.4 oz. of SP-10 PAG oil and is designed for use with R-134a refrigerant. It has an output of 100cc, or 6.10 CID.

A billet fitting is required for use with the Sanden SD7B10 compressor.HERE.

Warranty

This compressor includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

If a warranty claim is needed, the compressor must be returned to the manufacturer for testing. The manufacturer will check that the compressor was installed correctly and used with the proper amount and type of oil. Warranty testing may take several weeks. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

When an A/C compressor fails, debris can spread through the entire A/C system. Before installing a replacement compressor, the system should be fully cleaned and serviced.

For proper installation:

• Flush the complete A/C system.
• Replace the drier or accumulator.
• Replace the orifice tube or expansion valve.
• Replace any contaminated or damaged parts.
• Check the correct oil type and capacity.
• Add the correct amount of PAG oil for the application.
• Replace the condenser when required.

Improper installation can damage the new compressor and may void the warranty. Proof of proper installation, including replacement of the drier and metering device, may be required for warranty approval.
